FAQs

  • Four One Nine does not have a food and beverage minimum because we don’t provide catering or bartending services. We do have a list of highly recommended vendors here.

  • We’ve partnered with Event Helper to help our guests simplify obtaining event insurance. You can get started here.

  • It depends on the set-up of your event but the main studio can accommodate up to 250 people with standing room. Please inquire to learn more.

  • While our space has an extensive list of A/V equipment, we do not provide the service technician. Here is our list of preferred vendors who understand our equipment and space.

  • Yes! We require at least one on-site manager during set-up, the event and strike. Please refer to our Pricing Overview for more information.

  • Yes! Plese explore our vetted, best-in-the-business vendors in our little black book.

  • Unfortunately, no. We recommend having all vendors take excess items with them after load-in.

  • We encourage guests to ride share to our space. While there is ample street parking on nights and weekends, prior arrangements can be made with a garage across the street. We can provide a list of valet services as well.
