FAQs

  • We have four different rental packages depending on the event's size. Please view our pricing sheet for detailed information. Load-in rates vary on additional time/days in the space.

  • Yes, we offer nonprofit studio rentals at a 10% discount.

  • All reservations cancelled 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund, inclusive of all fees. Any cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund, excluding all fees. All cancellations less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

  • Use our inquiry form to submit a reservation request. We’ll respond to your inquiry within 3-5 business days.

  • Four One Nine can accommodate intimate groups and large parties. Please contact us to discuss the specifics of your guest list.

  • Absolutely, although we have a list of preferred vendors who understand the space. You can view our list here (starting on page 19).

  • There’s street parking available at all hours. After 8:30 pm, there's an hourly parking lot across the street. Valet can be arranged upon request.

  • We’ve partnered with Event Helper to help our guests simplify obtaining event insurance. You can get started here.
