We have four different rental packages depending on the event's size. Please view our pricing sheet for detailed information. Load-in rates vary on additional time/days in the space.

Yes, we offer nonprofit studio rentals at a 10% discount.

All reservations cancelled 30 days before the event date will receive a full refund, inclusive of all fees. Any cancellations between 30 days and 7 days before the event date will receive a 50% refund, excluding all fees. All cancellations less than 7 days before the event date are non-refundable.

There’s street parking available at all hours. After 8:30 pm, there's an hourly parking lot across the street. Valet can be arranged upon request.
